Will be fully updated soon! Expect links to my favourite workouts, as well as general routines I do myself. 🙂 As I am not a certified personal trainer, these are simple workouts that I know are effective! However, please exercise caution and your own common sense when trying a new workout.
1. Lower Body Circuit: This is a routine given to me by my physiotherapist when I was doing rehab for my knee. It is a great functional workout + helps increase leg strength FAST.
2. Arm Destroyer: This is called a destroyer for a reason – it is TOUGH. Basically, you want to do 10 of each exercise as one round. So in total, you end up doing 90 dumbbell presses, single tricep extensions + bicep curls. Yep. Thank me later.
