Welcome (And Happy Easter!)

Hi everyone! So, in an effort to introduce myself without sounding overly corny, I’ll keep this short and sweet. My name is Emma, I’m a sixteen year old runner, and I just wanted to welcome you to my hot-off-the-presses healthy living blog! Health and fitness is something I’ve truly become passionate about and I will be blogging about anything and everything healthy! Recipes (when I’m on my game), workouts (when I’m not on the couch) and my everyday tips to living a healthy lifestyle 🙂

As you might have gathered, although I’m passionate about being healthy, I’m not some die-hard fitness fanatic. Don’t get me wrong, I love my oatmeal and my running shoes, but i also love me some movie marathons, muffins, and diet coke (sorry for ruining the alliteration with acid in a can). I believe that being healthy truly equates to everything in moderation, including copious amounts of “bad”.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, and I’m so excited to be starting this journey with you all! (Yikes – extra cheese, anyone?)
